Jennifer, I think it's amazing how much photos can improve emotional well-being. I find going through photos helps relieve stress and even sadness. ReplyDeleteI do, too, Stephanie. It's such a powerful thing, truly. I've had the same experience--spending time with photos helps relieve stress and sadness and even grief, as you mentioned. I had the same experience after my mom passed away, just as you did with your dad.
